As a key member of the AZ Team, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the foundations of Ciscos CX Platform driving features from concept to production-grade solutions. Youll design and build secure, scalable systems for user management, authentication, authorization, and data access that serve thousands of developers across Cisco.

You will:

Design, develop, and build platform-wide authentication and authorization services, creating a cohesive identity fabric that integrates seamlessly with multiple identity vendors and systems.

Contribute to the evolution of the data consumption layer, enabling governed, efficient, and context-aware access to data across the CX ecosystem.

Leverage AI and automation to enhance access control, anomaly detection, and developer productivity turning complex platform insights into actionable intelligence.

Collaborate multi-functionally with product, data, and infrastructure teams to build interoperable solutions that power Ciscos next-generation developer platform.

Apply and promote engineering procedures, ensuring robust design, observability, and maintainability across services.

Champion developer experience, crafting APIs, SDKs, and tools that simplify integration and accelerate innovation.

Position Summary

Lead and mentor a team of engineers developing mobile client and backend systems (Unity and other technologies).

Responsibilities

Create Front End solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This opportunity for the QuickBooks Money product analytics team, is to define how we use data to transform customer experiences, develop and scale new products, and help assess product-market fit.

Responsibilities

Partner with product managers, marketing, and engineering to enable decision support and key customer insights
Partner within the team to measure the impact of product strategy and answer ad-hoc analytic questions and train users to self-serve standard reports leveraging Tableau
Lead the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis formulation, algorithm development, data cleansing, AB testing, insight generation, visualization, and action planning
Provideguidanceand thought partnership to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals
