Key Responsibilities
End-to-end development of software components/services (research, design, development, testing, rollout, monitoring).
Contribute to technological and architectural decisions.
Mentor other engineers in the team (via code reviews, dedicated sessions, pair programming, etc.).
Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various components in our system.

We are looking for a Team leader for our File Secuirty Core team to join our threat detection engines group.

You will develop Check Points industry-leading sandbox solution in charge of the prevention of zero-days malware reaching the market.

You will work in multiple environments, large-scale cloud (AWS) microservices and on-prem solutions, a multiple development languages, and research the latest malware that exist in the wild.

We operate as an independent developing unit that enjoys flexibility, the option to make a big impact, and meaningful challenging work along with access to Check Points malware research resources.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers that are both experts in development and Malware research.
Research malware behaviour and evasion techniques across all stages of the malware kill change from exploitation and infection to impact.
Hands-on development in C++/Python on multiple environments.
Design and develop mechanisms to detect suspicious and malicious activity on OS internals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, project managers, and researchers.
Get experience with developing in a cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure.
Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.

We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Developer to join our Infrastructure Team, supporting the server-side foundation of our mobile security product. Our team builds and maintains the core microservices and backend infrastructure that power protection, monitoring, and real-time decision-making for millions of mobile devices worldwide.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with highly skilled engineers within an agile, sprint-based process. This role is central to ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our backend ecosystem, enabling seamless integration with mobile clients and supporting global, multi-region deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend microservices and internal infrastructure components for our large-scale platform.
Own features end-to-end in an agile CI/CD environmentarchitecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and resilience of infrastructure services supporting a rapidly growing global user base.
Work extensively with distributed systems, including technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch, optimizing performance and resource usage.
Implement and uphold observability best practices (metrics, logs, tracing) using tools like Prometheus and Grafana to maintain system health and diagnose issues quickly.
Collaborate closely with product managers, client-side developers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, secure, and efficient infrastructure capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting new tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns that contribute to operational excellence.
Mentor and guide other engineers, contributing to a culture of technical leadership, ownership, and knowledge sharing.
