required NOC Team Leader

In this role you will be responsible for
Team management continuous recruit and onboarding, process definition and assimilation
Production ownership - smooth product operation systems monitor, incident resolution management, lead wide operations to execution on time and quality, identify trends and reflect status in periodic reports
You will work with many parties internally (R&D, QA, PM, Sales, more) and externally (Customers, Partners) on planned and non-planned matters, occasionally under pressure.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead a team of network engineers, and support. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Infrastructure Monitoring
Oversee 24/7 monitoring of the SASE product infrastructure and services, including network access, security features, cloud-based resources, and traffic flow. Ensure prompt response to alerts and incidents.
Incident Management
Coordinate the resolution of incidents, outages, and service disruptions. Prioritize incidents based on their severity and potential impact on client services.
Troubleshooting
Provide technical guidance and support to the team in diagnosing and resolving complex issues. Ensure efficient and effective problem resolution.
Performance Optimization
Analyze SASE performance data and work with the team to optimize network performance, capacity, and security.
Process Improvement
Continuously evaluate and enhance NOC procedures, workflows, and Playbooks to improve efficiency and service quality.
Collaboration
Collaborate with other teams, such as RnD, Customer Success, Support, DevOps Product to address client needs, implement enhancements, and ensure the seamless integration of the product.
Training and Development
Facilitate training sessions to keep the team up-to-date with the latest technologies, protocols, and best practices.
Documentation
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, incident reports, and relevant procedures.
