Requirements:
4+ years of DevOps experience

2+ years in solutions development for a high-scale production environment, preferably in SaaS.

3+ years of expertise with IaC development (Terraform/Terragrunt/Pulumi).

2+ years of expirance in Obejct orinated development (Python/Go - an advantage).

3+ years of experience in development CI/CD pipelines (Github action an advantage)

Experience with Cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS (API Gateway, ECS, Lambda).

Proficiency in microservices architecture and Linux-based systems.

Familiarity with queues (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka)

Experience with Containerized Environments orchestrator tools

Advantages: proficiency with HashiCorp tools (Consul, Vault, Nomad).

Advantages: knowledge of Configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef)

Networking understanding: network topologies, common protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, CDN, Prox)

Requirements:
8+ years of experience with IP based networks, network design, and security products
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and cyber security concepts
Solid understanding of network infrastructure (routing, switching, load balancing) and security products (firewall, VPN, IPS, Anti-Virus, Application Control)
Good Linux command line knowledge - preferred
Experience with VSX, MDSM and Scalable Platforms - preferred

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS technical support at a Tier 3 level (or a similar role) for international customers must
Strong expertise in network protocols, VPNs, and troubleshooting must
Experience with software debugging, log analysis, and scripting (Python/Bash) must
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment must
Experience with Linux, SaaS environments, cloud environments, and networking technologies strong advantage
Familiarity with IPsec protocols, VPN tunnels, Wireshark, and BGP advantage
