Requirements: At least 4-5 years of experience working with the ZOHO CRM system.
Experience in implementing and transitioning from other CRM systems to ZOHO CRM.
Experience in analyzing and translating customer needs into system solutions.
Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within Information Systems.
Hands-on experience and deep technical understanding of the system.
Broad perspective and ability to work with different interfaces within the organization.
Knowledge of complementary ZOHO one tools (Creator, Reports, Desk Etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic technological environment.
Relevant education in technology or software engineering an advantage.
