Were looking for a Senior Oracle Infrastructure DBA who brings not only strong hands-on expertise, but also the ability to manage, lead, and influence.
This is a unique hybrid role that combines deep technical responsibilities with team and process management and broad cross-functional collaboration.
As a senior figure in the team, you will manage critical environments, guide best practices, support production systems, and manage or mentor other technical professionals while working closely with various stakeholders across the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to high-availability solutions such as Oracle data Guard, and lead performance and reliability improvements with a professional, and trusted approach.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Infrastructure DBA in production environments
Proven expertise in tuning, indexing, partitioning, and execution plan analysis
Experience with Oracle data Guard required
Experience with Oracle RAC advantage
Familiarity with other databases (e.g., SQL server, PostgreSQL) strong plus
Experience managing or mentoring team members advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Hebrew and English
