As Product Lead, youll lead the product management function within Wix Channels, overseeing a growing team of product managers responsible for shaping user journeys, funnels, and partner-driven experiences that generate meaningful business impact for Wix and its partners.
Youll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: setting the vision, driving discovery, and collaborating across Product, R&D, and Business teams to turn opportunities into scalable, AI-powered solutions. This is a role for a product leader whos passionate about connecting great user experiences with business outcomes, thrives in ambiguity, and brings strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Key responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers: set goals, ensure delivery, and foster professional development.
Define and own the roadmap for Wix Channels user-facing and partner-facing products, aligning strategy with business and user goals.
Partner closely with engineering, design, and solution architecture to build scalable, data-driven products.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and partner teams to ensure alignment between product direction and go-to-market execution.
Conduct ongoing discovery with partners and end users to identify needs, uncover insights, and shape product opportunities.
Drive funnel optimization initiatives to improve user acquisition, activation, and retention across Wixs channel ecosystems.
Use data and user behavior analytics to inform priorities, validate hypotheses, and measure success.
Represent the product organization in partner discussions: communicate vision, lead discovery sessions, and build trusted relationships.
Ensure technical and architectural understanding within the team to support high-quality decision-making.
Contribute to hiring, team structure, and planning as the product group grows.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management, including 1-2 years leading product managers or owning cross-functional product initiatives.
Proven track record of building and scaling impactful products in B2B and B2C environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable using data to identify trends, measure success, and guide decisions.
Technical understanding of system architecture and integrations: able to engage deeply with engineering teams.
Experience designing or optimizing funnels and user journeys is a strong advantage.
Independent, proactive, and adaptable in fast-moving, cross-matrix environments.
Excellent English: written and spoken.
Willingness to travel several times a year (mainly to the US).
