Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO and various teams (Product, Development, Design, Media) to create and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, with a focus on digital channels.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
Lead communication efforts across social media, email marketing, and other channels, ensuring brand consistency.
Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements: At least two years of experience in marketing management, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
An advanced degree in business or marketing is a plus.
