#Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define your teams roadmap and priorities.
#Implement Best Practices: Ensure coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines are in place for continuous improvement.

Requirements: Qualifications
#3+ years of experience building production-level applications.
#4+ years in a management role, including recruiting and scaling teams.
#Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
#Proven backend experience with Node.js or JAVA.
#Familiarity with microservices architecture and large-scale system design.
#Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
#Excellent organizational and people management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment
