Key Responsibilities
Define, collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
Generate visualizations and explorations on the data using Looker.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Support the development and implementation of data models and database designs.
Provide training and support to team members on data-related tools and best practices.

Own the design of data models that transform raw data into actionable insights, and define their strategic use to inform decisions that fuel growth and optimize marketing strategies

Leverage technical skills to work with vast amounts of data, establish measurement frameworks, and analyze results to align activities with north star objectives and identify areas for growth

Conduct funnel and behavioral analyses, research key metrics, and extract actionable insights to enhance user journeys and uncover new opportunities

Collaborate with teams across Marketing and Wix to understand business needs, translate them into data solutions, and align efforts with strategic goals

Create and execute A/B tests, evaluate results with statistical rigor, and provide deeper insights from detailed analysis to inform ongoing optimization

Build automated tools, design dashboards, and empower stakeholders to track and understand key metrics, making data both accessible and actionable for strategic decision-making

Data Engineer, Product Analytics Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs, representing key data insights in a meaningful way
Design, build, and launch collections of sophisticated data models and visualizations that support multiple use cases across different products or domains
Define and manage Service Level Agreements for all data sets in allocated areas of ownership
Solve challenging data integration problems, utilizing optimal Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) patterns, frameworks, query techniques, sourcing from structured and unstructured data sources
Improve logging
Assist in owning existing processes running in production, optimizing complex code through advanced algorithmic concepts
Optimize pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems to facilitate easier development of data artifacts
Influence product and cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities to drive impact

Supersonic is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and highly motivated BI Developer to join our data team. What you'll be doing
Design, develop, and maintain analytics products and BI solutions.
Work with various relational and non-relational databases, including Snowflake, Redshift, MySQL, and more.
Develop and optimize ETL processes using Airflow.
Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Redash, and Imply.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reported data.
