This position holder will own and promote the QA Automation standards and practices.

As the manager of the QA & Automation, you will oversee and participate in: planning, development, execution, and maintenance of test plans,

creating top of the line test automation, driving to maximum coverage and best quality.

Key Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of the company's cloud SAAS product quality assurance.
Your part will include forming and leading the quality and automation group, designing and implementing several layers of testing solutions, as well as manual approval of services and features.
You will analyze and guide analysis for test automation results, implemented by various monitors
You will plan and lead the development and execution of load and continuous testing, coordinating on-site and offshore efforts within the company and with business partners and OEMs.
You will hire new team members and create training program to insure quick onboarding.
You will coach, guide and mentor team leaders, team members and create professional development programs.

Check Point's Information Systems Department develops web applications and services supporting critical business operations. Were seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our QA team.

In this role, youll create and execute a robust automation testing strategy, collaborating with MIS development, QA, DevOps, and technology leaders. Responsibilities include translating product requirements into test plans and cases, implementing tests for sanity, regression, performance, and stability across Check Point's web services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Automated Test Scripts: Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and services to ensure comprehensive coverage. Development and maintenance of test cases based on product design and expected behaviors.
Test Framework Implementation: Implement and manage testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Defect Tracking and Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues promptly.
Test Planning and Documentation: Develop test strategies, create test plans, and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and metrics.

Lead the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Python and Pytest for infrastructure components.
Drive the implementation of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to enhance test clarity and collaboration.
Architect, design, and execute large-scale automated test suites for infrastructure systems deployed on AWS.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine automation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Scale and optimize test automation infrastructure to support extensive production testing efficiently.
Monitor, analyze, and improve test results using Grafana to enhance system performance and reliability.
Provide in-depth test reports using Allure, delivering actionable insights into test coverage, results, and trends.
Troubleshoot complex issues discovered during testing and collaborate with development teams to drive quick resolutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in test automation and infrastructure testing.
Mentor and guide junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Contribute to process improvements, automation strategy enhancements, and best practice adoption across teams.
