Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Dynamics users
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to best practices
Perform regular updates, patches, and optimize system performance
Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, and team coordination
Requirements: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
Proficient in API integrations and data migration, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Skilled in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments, including timelines, budgets, and resources
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written, for working with teams, stakeholders, and clients
Strong organizational abilities, including tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively
Completion of Microsoft certifications (Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps) an advantage
