Requirements:
4+ years of DevOps experience

2+ years in solutions development for a high-scale production environment, preferably in SaaS.

We are a global iGaming group powering multiple game providers and online casino operators. Our complex, multi-layer infrastructures host dozens of live brands.
We seek a senior Head of DevOps in Israel to lead a 12-engineer international team remotely.
You will provide technical and managerial leadership: mentoring, hiring, performance reviews, and up-skilling.
Own availability, stability, scalability, and security across cloud on-prem environments. Design and implement IaC, Kubernetes, service mesh, and advanced monitoring strategies. Drive DevSecOps culture, automate release pipelines, manage incidents, and serve as the cultural and professional link between Israeli management and global teams.

Requirements:
Must-Have Qualifications
5 + years of hands-on DevOps /SRE experience, including 3 + years leading teams.
Deep expertise in self-managed hosting, cloud on-prem infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform/Ansible.
Proven delivery and maintenance of CI/CD platforms (GitLab/Jenkins) and GitOps tools (ArgoCD/Flux).
Track record with high-traffic production systems, DR plans, and blue-green/canary deployments.
Demonstrated success managing global teams remotely (coaching, performance people management).
Strong business-level English (spoken and written).
Full-time availability, based in Herzliya.

Strong Advantages
Fluent Ukrainian or Russian.
Background in iGaming / FinTech / Payments / Crypto.
Leadership of on-prem, cloud or multi-cloud migrations, including security hardening.
Familiarity with PCI-DSS / ISO 27001 standards.
