Role Description:
-Were looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. Youll build both frontend and backend systems for our AI-driven planning engine, working closely with product and data teams to deliver impactful features for real-world construction.

Hybrid position - 2 days from home
3 days in the office near a train station in TA

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain both backend services and frontend interfaces
- Work with technologies like React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
- Implement clean, scalable code and maintain high code quality through testing and reviews

Develop and maintain backend services for our SaaS platform using modern technologies and best practices.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
Build and optimize microservices for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and implement efficient data access patterns.
Collaborate with Product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver robust and secure solutions.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain services in cloud environments such as AWS.
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding standards.
Contribute to system architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
