We are looking for a strong, hands-on Security Researcher with knowledge in Data Science to join a cutting-edge AI and cyber security initiative at Check Point.

Key Responsibilities
Research and develop innovative AI-powered capabilities for cyber threat prevention.
Perform hands-on malware analysis in Windows environments, focusing on files and related threats.

Data Engineering: You will guide teams by building optimal data artifacts (including datasets and visualizations) to address key questions. Data Engineer, Product Analytics Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs, representing key data insights in a meaningful way
Design, build, and launch collections of sophisticated data models and visualizations that support multiple use cases across different products or domains
Define and manage Service Level Agreements for all data sets in allocated areas of ownership
Solve challenging data integration problems, utilizing optimal Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) patterns, frameworks, query techniques, sourcing from structured and unstructured data sources
Improve logging
Assist in owning existing processes running in production, optimizing complex code through advanced algorithmic concepts
Optimize pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems to facilitate easier development of data artifacts
Influence product and cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities to drive impact

Data Scientist, Product Analytics Responsibilities
Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches
Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop strategies for our products that serve billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses
Identify and measure success of product efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends
Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the product, and drive roadmaps through your insights and recommendations
Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute product strategy and investment decisions

Key Responsibilities
Translate ambiguous product or business challenges into well-defined data science problems
Research and prototype cutting-edge AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, etc.)
Design and implement data-driven algorithms, analyze data, build and evaluate models
Collaborate with engineering to deploy scalable, production-ready solutions
Work with product teams to align AI solutions with user needs and business goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and fellow scientists to bring research into production and deliver measurable impact
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and generative AI, and actively contribute to innovation within the team and broader organization

The Personalized Experience team focuses on providing Waze drivers with a personalized, contextual, and timely routing experience. The team is part of the Waze Data Science group.


Responsibilities
Manage feature engineering, model evaluation and error analysis, data processing and pipelines, model tuning, monitoring and dashboards.
Work with product managers, software developers and QA to define requirements, formulate success metrics, and lead experimentation.
Use data to help products shape the future of Waze and drive innovation, provide insights on user behavior, and help Engineers and QA detect and solve problems.
Work with GCP, Vertex AI, Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Airflow/Composer, Python, Looker.
