Yael Group is hiring an IT Specialist for a medical startup company based in Tel Aviv.
What youll be doing:
- User Support Troubleshooting: Providing day-to-day Technical Support for employees (both on-site and remote), resolving issues related to devices, software, connectivity, and access
- Device Setup Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (Windows/Mac), including software deployment and updates.
- Network Support: Assisting with the setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of wired/wireless networks, VPNs, and basic networking issues.
- Onboarding Offboarding: Preparing IT equipment, accounts, and access rights for new employees, and properly handling device retrieval and access removal for departing staff.
Requirements: - Bachelors degree, diploma, or relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Mac endpoints.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and common enterprise collaboration tools.
- Exposure to server environments ( Linux / Unix Windows) and virtualization is a plus.
- Interest in IT infrastructure and networking, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
