We are looking for an experienced Frontend Tech Lead to join our SaaS platform team.
You will drive the design and implementation of modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications, leading the development efforts.
As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers, define best practices, and ensure code quality and architectural excellence while collaborating closely with Product, UX, and dev teams.
Lead the development of scalable and maintainable frontend architecture for a complex SaaS web platform.
Design, implement, and optimize high-quality React and Node.js components.
Guide architectural decisions for the frontend applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and lead technical discussions.
Drive CI/CD best practices, testing automation, and performance optimization.
Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.

Requirements: 7+ years of experience in modern web application development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js.
Proven experience with SaaS or PaaS web applications handling scale and performance.
Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
Solid understanding of component-driven development, modular architectures, and micro frontends.
Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or Enzyme.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and database integration (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other developers.
Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate ideas into production-ready interfaces.
Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have
Experience with Go, Python, or backend microservices.
