Key Responsibilities
End-to-end features development including research, design, testing, deployment and monitoring
Promotes technological and architectural decisions
Develop testable, reusable, and effective code to create high performance application
Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various components in our system
Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Program Managers, Architects and Software Engineers to deliver the best product to our customers

Position Summary

Were looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Team Lead to join SciPlays SciTech group our platform team that drives innovation and provides tech solutions empowering our partner teams to create the best player experiences.
Youll lead a global team of developers and QA engineers (based mainly in Ukraine), guiding both the technical direction and teams growth, while remaining actively involved in coding and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of developers and QA engineers.

Develop and maintain back-end services with C#,.NET, and ASP.NET Core.

Build and optimize mobile-first web apps using TypeScript, React, and JSX.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services across the full SDLC.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and stay updated on emerging technologies.

As a Software Engineer - Team Lead, you'll play a key role in building and evolving the core platform for a new AI-powered insights product. Youll lead a team of developers while driving architectural decisions and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead a team of developers, both backend and frontend execution and monitoring
Build and evolve the core platform for a new AI-powered insights product
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of fullstack features - from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring
Drive architectural decisions and contribute to technical direction for distributed systems and event-driven workflows
Collaborate closely with client and AI teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and seamless user experiences
