תיאור המשרה:
* תכנון ארכיטקטורה ובניית הצעות פתרון אל מול דרישות עסקיות וטכנולוגיות במסגרת פרויקטים ויוזמות שוטפות. התפקיד דורש יכולות ניתוח והבנה של צרכי הלקוחות ושל התהליכים העסקיים מחד, בצד ידע טכנולוגי רחב והבנת ה roadmap - הטכנולוגי והעקרונות הארכיטקטוניים המנחים של החברה מאידך.
* העבודה כרוכה בשיתוף פעולה עם מנתחי המערכות, המאפיינים וצוותי הפיתוח, מנהלי הפרויקטים והגורמים העסקיים.
תחומי אחריות:
* תכנון תפיסת וארכיטקטורת הפתרון והנחיה מקצועית של שלבי האפיון בפרויקטים עסקיים וטכנולוגיים, על בסיס ניתוח והבנה של הצרכים והדרישות ושל הערך העסקי, ובהלימה למפת הדרכים הטכנולוגית של החברה.
* עבודה בממשק הדוק עם מנהלי פרויקטים, מנתחי המערכות וצוותי הפיתוח לתכנון, הצגה, הנחיה ובקרה על מימוש הפתרונות.
* שותפות בניהול והטמעה של מפת הדרכים הטכנולוגית של החברה, לרבות תכנון ארכיטקטוני ארוך טווח, גיבוש עקרונות וקווים מנחים טכנולוגיים לפעילות החטיבה ותיעוד.

דרישות:
דרישות חובה:
ניסיון של שלוש שנים לפחות בתפקיד ארכיטקט/ית מערכות מידע (בעדיפות), או לחלופין בניתוח מערכות, פיתוח או ניהול פרויקטים תוך מעורבות ישירה בתכנון ובניית פתרונות טכנולוגיים בסביבות מורכבות.
* ניסיון של שלוש שנים לפחות בעבודה בארגונים עסקיים בינוניים/ גדולים, בעדיפות בתחומי הבנקאות והשירותים הפיננסיים.
* תואר ראשון בהנדסת תוכנה, מדעי המחשב, מערכות מידע או תחום רלוונטי אחר/ קורסי הכשרה רלוונטיים בתחום.
* יכולת חשיבה לוגית ואנליטית ברמה גבוהה, המאפשרת יצירת פתרונות מתוך הסתכלות רחבה והבנה עסקית, הפשטה ופירוק של בעיות מורכבות.
יכולת הצגה נגישה וברורה של פתרונות ארכיטקטוניים ושיקולים טכנולוגיים מורכבים.
* יכולת עבודה בצוות ותקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת.
* יכולת גבוהה מאוד ללימוד עצמי.
