A dynamic and fast-paced startup at the forefront of innovation in advanced sensing systems, data and AI is looking for a hands-on Validation Lead.
The offices are in Tel-Aviv (Azrieli area).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of system validation
Lead system -level validation of advanced sensors based on product specifications.
Design and execute black-box testing strategies covering functional, environmental, and performance.
Build and automate validation platforms and data infrastructure, including tools for bug reporting and tracking
Interface with all disciplines across the company (software, hardware, AI, systems) to align validation plans with engineering and product requirements.
Support data collection for AI development and ensure high-quality datasets for training and testing.
Requirements: Bsc. in Science Physics/ Electronics/ Electro-optics
5+ years of experience in system -level validation, preferably of electro-optical or complex electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with both manual and automated validation workflows.
Strong understanding of hardware/software interfaces and system integration points.
Demonstrated ability to create validation platforms and automation tools using Python or other scripting languages.
Experience building bug tracking pipelines and driving cross-team validation feedback loops.
Familiarity with electro-optical systems, sensor technologies, or Embedded hardware/software is highly desirable.
Prior experience in a team leadership or technical management role is a plus.
Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
