Check Point's Information Systems Department develops web applications and services supporting critical business operations. Were seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our QA team.

In this role, youll create and execute a robust automation testing strategy, collaborating with MIS development, QA, DevOps, and technology leaders. Responsibilities include translating product requirements into test plans and cases, implementing tests for sanity, regression, performance, and stability across Check Point's web services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Automated Test Scripts: Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and services to ensure comprehensive coverage. Development and maintenance of test cases based on product design and expected behaviors.
Test Framework Implementation: Implement and manage testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Defect Tracking and Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues promptly.
Test Planning and Documentation: Develop test strategies, create test plans, and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and metrics.

We are looking for a QA engineer to join our CloudGuard Network Security & Data Center QA team.

With a passion for cloud technology, and a desire to solve complex technical challenges with a proactive approach to constant improvement.

We use interesting and mixed technology:

Public cloud based technologies: AWS, Azure, and GCP Cloud Technologies.

Private cloud based technologies: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM (RHEL or Ubuntu), Nutanix, Cisco ACI and Proxmox.

In this position, you will use your expertise in cloud and virtual environments, complex customer environments, and large-scale systems will design a test plan, run tests and maintain high performance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, conduct, and monitor testing to ensure finished product quality

Testing the project from the initial stage to the finished product
Work with RnD, customers, and other teams at Check Point.
Assist in reproducing issues and work with internal teams to provide resolutions/knowledge transfers.
