Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services and systems-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new cybersecurity features-
Ensure the performance, quality, and security of applications-
Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and implement security measures.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation-
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support-
Requirements: Job requirements
Experience - 10+ years in backend development or significant experience as a Tech Lead, particularly in -the cybersecurity industry
Proficiency in Python development-
Strong expertise in AWS (Amazon Web Services)-
Solid experience with Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration-
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and manage complex projects-
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team-
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other programming languages and frameworks-
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines-
Experience in agile development methodologies-
Knowledge of security best practices in backend development-
