The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. Job Description

KLA is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Kiryat Gat.

What your job will look like

Perform customer service activities including fixing, intense problem solving, maintaining and repairing of multi-disciplinary equipment in multiple fields at the customer facility in Kiryat Gat
Represent the company to the customer and assume accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
Assure operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
