Senior software engineer
תיאור התפקיד:
? Own v0? v1: design and build core product components, APIs, and data pipelines;
? Build with cutting-edge tech: work on (and with) modern technologies to deliver a
first-of-its-kind product.
? Be the technical bar: lead design reviews, set engineering standards, mentor others,
? Security by design: embed threat modeling and secure-by-default patterns; make
security a first-class product feature, not an afterthought.
? Detection & resilience: instrument telemetry and logging; shape our approach across
prevention, detection, and response.
? Ship the platform: stand up CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and an initial
on-call posture suitable for an early product.
? Work across the company: talk to customers, support pilots, and translate feedback
? Hire the team
Requirements: ? 8+ years building and operating production software, with recent experience leading
complex projects as a Tech Lead/Staff/Principal (IC or manager-turned-builder).
? Strong systems thinking and product senseyou balance correctness, risk, and speed
for a seed-stage startup.
? Fluency in modern cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, IaC, CI/CD, and observability.
? Comfortable working directly with customers and founders, wearing many hats, and
moving from prototype to production with crisp trade-offs.
? Full-Stack awareness: familiar with all layers of the stack frontend,
backend /services, data, and infrastructure and how they interact in real systems.
