The Cisco AI Software & Platform Group incubates and delivers Generative AI based solutions to reinvent Cisco's existing Products and how customers interact with them. Your Impact

Youll design and implement cutting-edge AI-native features, ensuring our platforms UI is modern, scalable, and delightful for global enterprise customers.

Own the design and implementation of functional and non-functional UI features.
Mentor and coach junior frontend developers.
Build advanced product integrations and cross-product AI-driven interfaces.
Work primarily with React/Angular, while collaborating closely with backend and infra teams.
Contribute to UI Ops and CI/CD optimization for frontend delivery.

Your Impact

Develop advanced verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM
Write, run, and debug testbenches to ensure complete functional coverage
Drive pre-silicon and in-lab debug activities to resolve complex issues
Collaborate with RTL, architecture, and physical design teams to achieve design closure
Support methodology development, scripting, and automation to enhance productivity

We are a highly skilled backend group building and maintaining the core services that drive our platform. We collaborate closely with other engineering, SRE, and product teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions. As a technical leader, you will help define the groups architectural vision, mentor engineers, and lead high-impact initiatives. In addition, you may take on product ownership for key backend domains - shaping product vision, defining priorities and roadmaps, and ensuring strong alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

Guiding engineers through design and code reviews, and fostering engineering excellence

As a Product Owner / Developer, you will play a dual role defining business and product requirements while contributing directly to the technical delivery. Youll partner with collaborators across engineering, data, and business teams to translate goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and define requirements aligned with strategic business goals and customer value.
Help the team leaders maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity, transparency, and focus on impact.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and build scalable data and automation solutions (50%+ of the time)
Contribute to development, testing, and deployment of modern data pipelines using Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, and AWS cloud services (ECS, Lambda, Glue, S3).
Balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term technical vision.
Track and communicate key performance metrics that demonstrate business outcomes.
