We are looking for a QA Engineer, who has good attention to detail, is thorough, strives for uncompromised quality, has the desire to learn new things daily, and solves technological challenges with a proactive approach to constant improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and conduct new test plans and test design documents for new and existing features.
Execute tests for existing and new features of Checkpoint products.
Document, follow up on, and validate bugs.
Work closely with the R&D department to be exposed to new features from the early design stages.
Work closely with other teams in the QA department for the development of integration testing, provide resolutions and knowledge sharing.
Maintain a high level of quality according to the Checkpoint Quality Assurance standards and seek to improve User Experience.
Seek continuous education opportunities on new solutions, skills, and technologies.
Adapt and take on more responsibilities and own your share of the product.
Simulate customer environments and reproduce issues from the field.
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer/System or Network Administrator/Network Support Engineer - A must.
Technological orientation & background, whether based on formal education or self-learning.
Experience with networking - A must.
Experience with Linux - A must.
Experience with VMware ESXi/VSphere.
Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA testing.
A problem-solver with, the capability of troubleshooting, finding creative solutions, and getting things done.
Ability to independently plan and execute tests for complex features in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent English speaking and writing.
Fast learning.
Detail-oriented.
