Product Manager, Financial Integrity Compliance and Operations Enablement Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals aligned with business priorities, and guide the team through key milestones
Drive the team through strategy setting, strategy, OKRs and execution, considering technical and analytical constraints
Partner closely with XFN leads (Engineering Manager, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.) and partners (product teams, compliance, legal, operations) to drive impact together
Actively work with teams across Monetization and Integrity orgs to identify synergies and initiate partnerships to create business value
Collaborate with Financial Compliance Operations to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our run-the-business activities
Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in Product Management working within a technology company
Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product strategy, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
Experience identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals

Work closely with product peers, design, business stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists to plan and execute the strategy of your product.
Engage in hands-on Product Management tasks, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and ideation to implementation, and ultimately, feature evolution
Requirements:
What we're looking for
4+ years experience in product management or technical product management for an online Software company.
Data savvy. Ability to analyze test results, dig deep into data, form hypotheses and make data driven recommendations.
Solid track record of product management experience.
Demonstrated success in bringing to market commercially viable products.
Partnering closely with business teams.
Creating a joint vision and strategy, creating alignment, and motivating sales and account managers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Understanding of the online ad tech industry
Degree in computer science, math or related
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
