Were looking for a product analyst to generate insights and support our product organization in strategic decision-making. This role will report to the VP of Product Operations and Analytics.

A Product Analyst at SimilarWeb is responsible for understanding the needs of the company's customers and stakeholders and using data and analytics to inform the development of new or existing products and features.

You will be essential in improving our customer experience, user retention and product adoption, and supporting the growth of the products.



So, what will you be doing?

Your role as part of the product analytics team means your daily responsibilities may include:

Partner with Product Managers, R&D, and business teams to inform and influence product roadmaps using data-driven insights.
Use data and analytics to validate product hypotheses and measure the success of new products and features.
Monitor product usage and user behavior to surface trends, opportunities, and risks.
Present actionable insights to senior stakeholders across the organization.
Build scalable analytics processes and champion a data-informed culture across the Product org.
Define KPIs and success metrics, and build dashboards to track them (e.g., adoption, retention, engagement).

Own the design of data models that transform raw data into actionable insights, and define their strategic use to inform decisions that fuel growth and optimize marketing strategies

Leverage technical skills to work with vast amounts of data, establish measurement frameworks, and analyze results to align activities with north star objectives and identify areas for growth

Conduct funnel and behavioral analyses, research key metrics, and extract actionable insights to enhance user journeys and uncover new opportunities

Collaborate with teams across Marketing and Wix to understand business needs, translate them into data solutions, and align efforts with strategic goals

Create and execute A/B tests, evaluate results with statistical rigor, and provide deeper insights from detailed analysis to inform ongoing optimization

Build automated tools, design dashboards, and empower stakeholders to track and understand key metrics, making data both accessible and actionable for strategic decision-making

Position Summary

As a data science product analyst, you will support new and ongoing data science projects from the analytical perspective: business validation, product fit, data analysis, and data preparation. You will participate in the full lifecycle of data science projects from ideation and proof of concept, through development, to production release and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
