Responsibilities
Own and articulate a goal for a product portfolio, delivering environmental capabilities and solutions, helping businesses, mitigating and adapting to the changing environment and providing Google consumers timely environmental information, such as pollen and air quality levels.
Partner with Google Deep Mind, Google Research and Environmental experts to bring differentiated capabilities and solutions to market.
Lead your team to define success by establishing metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess environmental impact, particularly adaptation impact.
Collaborate with partner teams across Google, including Search, Pixel, Google Maps Consumer, Geo Auto, Android, Ads, etc., to create a customer need driven set of products to market that leverage shared technologies.
Inspire, lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers focused on quality initiatives. Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and make effective talent decisions to build a high-performing team.
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience as a product manager in a field such as enterprise SaaS products, environmental solutions, analytics, etc.
Experience launching and scaling products built on large-scale Machine Learning or Large Language Model (LLM) systems.
Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and executive leaders (e.g., Directors, VPs) on a long-term goal and strategy.
Ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing product management teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for building new products.
