Provide Technical Support and guidance to customers on the application and integration of Tabor Electronics' products.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Assist in the development and execution of product evaluation and testing plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product performance and functionality.
Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on product improvements and enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive products.
Support the marketing team in the creation of technical ation, application notes, and case studies.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the TEST and measurement industry.
Strong technical knowledge of RF /uW signal generation, AWG, and digitizer technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and MATLAB.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events (up to 20% travel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
