Were looking for an Experienced Full Stack Developer to design, code, and manage Similarwebs large-scale and highly available services, using cutting-edge technologies and modern design practices.

This position is within the Shopper Intelligence team, the group behind Similarwebs eCommerce product. Operating as a startup within Similarweb, the team combines the energy, agility, and innovation of an early-stage company with the resources and reach of a global leader. Youll be joining a highly dynamic environment where ideas move quickly from concept to product, and your work will have a direct impact on shaping one of Similarwebs fastest-growing solutions.This role reports directly to the Team Manager, R&D.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the R&D team means your daily responsibilities may include:

Designing, coding and managing large scale, highly available services using cutting-edge Client/Server technologies (NodeJS, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redis, Docker, etc.)
Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using TypeScript frameworks.
Building scaled-data pipelines, loading data into serving layers. Using ETL frameworks like Databricks and Airflow.
Leading decision-making & design of APIs, mechanisms and abstractions.
Working in a BigData environment, using Firebolt as data warehouse.
Building new features and directly impacting the future of our product from UI to DB
Writing (a lot of) high-quality, functional code backend and frontend
Performing code reviews, evaluating implementations, and provide feedback

As a Product Owner / Developer, you will play a dual role defining business and product requirements while contributing directly to the technical delivery. Youll partner with collaborators across engineering, data, and business teams to translate goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and define requirements aligned with strategic business goals and customer value.
Help the team leaders maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity, transparency, and focus on impact.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and build scalable data and automation solutions (50%+ of the time)
Contribute to development, testing, and deployment of modern data pipelines using Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, and AWS cloud services (ECS, Lambda, Glue, S3).
Balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term technical vision.
Track and communicate key performance metrics that demonstrate business outcomes.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage multiple massive and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, opportunities and threats to the product.

Use advanced analytics, data mining, BI and statistical tools, along with critical and strategic thinking to execute top-notch analyses to drive the product growth.

Translate AB Tests, business and strategic questions into structured analysis method and accordingly plan and execute the most suitable approach, technique, solution and lead to actionable recommendations that will optimize the game performance.

Consistently monitor the product KPIs to ensure its health and drive the product focus.

Work closely with the Product, Monetization and Economy departments and deliver valuable analytics outputs to support decision making.

Plan, develop and maintain reports for different needs and departments, including senior management.

Own and lead multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
