We are seeking an MSSP Program Manager to drive the growth, engagement, and enablement of our Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) ecosystem. This role will focus on developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, enabling internal sales and partners, and implementing initiatives that accelerate MSSP partner onboarding, activation, and expansion. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance MSSP offerings, track performance, and ensure continued success.

Key Responsibilities
MSSP Partner Activation & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and expand MSSP partners, ensuring they successfully build and scale their security services.
Go-To-Market Execution: Create and implement GTM strategies tailored to MSSPs, working closely with channel sales teams to align with business objectives.
Partner Enablement & Training: Build and deliver enablement programs, training materials, and sales playbooks to equip MSSP partners with the tools to drive sales and adoption.
MSSP Sales & Business Development: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, helping MSSPs expand their security service offerings.
Collaboration with Product Teams: Work with internal teams to enhance MSSP-focused security solutions and programs, ensuring alignment with partner needs.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key metrics related to MSSP adoption, partner engagement, and revenue impact, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Continuous Program Improvement: Gather feedback from MSSP partners and internal stakeholders to refine programs, sales motions, and overall partner experience.

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack developer with rich experience in web technologies who is comfortable with both frontend and backend programming.

As a developer in the Cyber Security Protection area, you will be responsible for agile product development from concept to deployment, maintaining operational workflow of critical platforms impacting multiple product services leading Check Points security offering.

You will practice the most advanced client and server side techniques available using the latest industry technologies designing and implementing both internal and external solutions.

Responsibilities
Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and project & test planning
Designing/developing SaaS software, prototypes, or proofs of concepts (POCâs)
Act in a technical leadership capacity: Mentoring junior engineers, new team members, and applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems
Roughly 70-85% hands-on coding
Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches
Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
Contribute to the design and architecture of the project
Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies

Position Summary

Working within the IT team and closely with other business units you will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. This includes actively resolving escalated end-user help requests within established SLAs. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st / 2nd / 3rd level remote or face to face IT support services for the local end-users.

End-User IT Support for workplaces including Windows/Unix/Mac desktops/laptops, printers, IP Phones, smartphones etc.

Installation, routine maintenance and management of end-user computing devices (desktop, laptop, smartphone and tablet devices); this includes imaging and keeping them up-to-date with management tools

Fulfil User Account Management requests

Maintain the proper operation of Training / Meeting rooms

Liaising with System & Network Administrators for the management & maintenance of Sciplay infrastructure including Servers, Network, Storage & Data Center facility.

Maintain the asset database and hardware inventory for office; Manage stock of IT Equipment and maintain Lifecyle Management

Perform the IT Induction to New Hires

Efficient implementation of changes to services, technologies and processes (IT Projects / IT Tasks)

Preparation and maintenance of technical procedural documents and FAQ's for both IT staff and user community

Follow up IT Service Management procedures such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Change Management

Experience in supporting Executive Stakeholders

All other duties as assigned.
