We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of a new telephony platform solution product.
This role requires knowledge in VOIP, SIP, PBX, IVR, call routing, dialers, and telecom infrastructure.
The project involves end-to-end product development, from gathering requirements and defining the architecture to overseeing implementation, deployment, and final delivery. You will collaborate inbound with technical teams, architects, and management while also managing outbound engagement with customer, partners, and third-party vendors to ensure a successful rollout.
This is a long-term commitment requiring strategic planning, execution, and a results-driven approach to ensure the project meets technical, business, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience in on-premises telephony, VOIP, PBX, or call center solutions.
Background in SIP, PBX systems (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Cisco, Avaya), IVR, call routing, and VOIP infrastructure.
Experience managing a single long-term project with a defined goal and deployment timeline.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with development, architecture, and customer-facing teams.
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills to ensure alignment with all parties.
Ability to define clear milestones, track progress, and drive execution to meet project deadlines.
Languages: Hebrew (must), English (high level) for effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
