We're actively seeking an exceptional candidate with a strategic and analytical mind to join the Market Intelligence and Strategy team at Wix. As a team member, you'll collaborate on diverse projects, critical growth analyses, and initiatives to shape Wix's direction. This role includes close collaboration with cross-functional partners, exploring market dynamics, and providing strategic consultation across the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough end-to-end research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that inform the decision-making processes. Whether it's shaping product strategy, enhancing user experiences, or offering key recommendations, you'll play a pivotal role in contributing to Wix's growth and overall success.
Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant data and industry insights for comprehensive analysis
Work closely with leadership & cross-functional partners to identify strategic priorities and develop actionable recommendations
Drive critical growth analyses, research, and initiatives for Wix including market sizing and assessment, market entry (build / buy / partner), pricing & packaging, go-to-market innovation, product strategy, and competitive positioning
Work to identify, map, analyze, and assess market opportunities. Ensuring efficient communication and timely reporting through continuous monitoring of industry developments and competitor activities
Independently structure and solve a wide array of complex business problems, showcasing rapid delivery of hypotheses, analysis, and recommendations
Requirements: A creative problem solver with at least 5 years of experience as a strategist, business analyst, and/or consultant.
Proven Data & Analytical Proficiency:
Experience analyzing and researching markets, industries, or products
Showcase experience in successfully blending 1st and 3rd party data to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or relevant data analysis software; Bonus: strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strategic Thinking, Consulting & Decision-Making:
Demonstrate a track record of driving actionable insights & recommendations to senior management & cross-functional partners
Previous experience of applying strategic frameworks for in-depth analysis of business challenges
Previous experience working cross-functionally and a thorough understanding of roles and key KPIs across marketing, product, user journey, and finance
Communication & Project Management
Showcase a proven ability to work independently in gathering, qualifying, and analyzing data. Clearly communicate proven results through both written reports and compelling verbal presentations through storytelling
Ability to communicate to senior audiences with credibility, confidence, and humility.
