Job Overview
Come join the Professional Services Engineering team that is part of the Data Acquisition group as a Stuff Engineer. Lead the development of collecting Financial Data for Intuits business. Deliver great capabilities for QuickBooks and TurboTax, and Credit Karma. Lead a team of highly motivated engineers opportunity to be part of a growing team.

Your team will be responsible for developing and maintaining the connectivity to thousands of financial institutions all over the world, including handling all the related escalations from Intuit's Care teams.

Responsibilities
Build high-performing team by putting the right people in the right job at the right time
Lead the day-to-day development and customers support - assign tasks, priorities, time estimates, releases, etc.
Guide, coach, and mentor software development engineers - including technicalmentoring, conducting design reviews and code reviews
Evaluate employee performance, sets expectations and goals for the department and individual staff members, recruits contract workers, disciplines, and trains staff.
Initiate and embrace new ideas that produce outstanding results for our customers
Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for the delivery of scalable and high-quality software
Collaborate closely with peer managers and partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, Products, and more)

As Head of Product, youll be a technical product leader shaping Hopp's future and challenging industry norms. You'll own product vision, strategy, and execution in close partnership with Hopp leadership, while diving deep into new markets, obsessing over user needs, and building products that make the status quo obsolete. On your day-to-day, youll:

Lead the product management process, collaborating with the management team to define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hopp
Drive market research efforts, exploring new and emerging markets to identify opportunities
Conduct and oversee user research (interviews, analytics, A/B tests, usability studies) to turn insights into actionable plans, and establish and monitor product metrics to measure success and guide decision-making
Work closely with the internal marketing team to align product features and releases with go-to-market strategies
Partner with engineering and design to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality, innovative solutions
Embrace and drive AI-powered product innovation-rethinking traditional development cycles and user experiences
Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning

We are looking for a Full-Stack Team Lead to build and lead a new team that will be responsible for enhancing our product feature set for enterprise customers. This role is perfect for an experienced and proactive person with outstanding programming skills. The ideal candidate excels at being a leader, is passionate about building strong teams, and loves leading the timely development of high-quality features in order to bring the companys product to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a new team of strong and experienced engineers responsible for client-server architecture of web applications on AWS infrastructure (which includes various services and components, data stores, configuration and security management on AWS).
Lead by example and drive your team to continuously enhance and optimize the product, while maintaining our expectations for high quality and short development cycles
Grow the team (by recruiting new members when needed, through mentoring, code review, professional development plans, etc.)
Design, develop and release robust and scalable software components and services.
Collaborate with team members and a wide range of other stakeholders.
Coordinate dependencies with other teams and external interfaces.
Promote the teams continuous improvement in adherence to defined organizational goals.
Work with various interfaces: Group Lead, Product Owner, and Software Architect to define the product roadmap and vision and convey it to the team.
