We are looking for a Data Analyst who combines an intense curiosity about data with a solid commitment to practical problem-solving for business stakeholders. As a Data Analyst, you will make individual contributions in the form of report and dashboard building, code and pipeline maintenance, testing, and documentation. You will support many of our projects in cross-departmental teams, including Sales and Developer Relations, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering, Data Science, Customer Support, and Operations.

Our team works in close alignment with all business units to understand and conduct research on the analytical requirements of our data projects. Most importantly, we seek a keen analytical thinker who enjoys working with and using data to find interesting insights.

What you'll be doing

Design, deploy and maintain BI and data systems, including pipelines, data models, and user-friendly reports.
Translate business requirements into data architecture choices and maintain production-quality databases.
Develop and manage efficient ETLs to support data processing and transformation.
Automate ad hoc processes to create robust, high-performance, highly available, and user-friendly reports.
Provide on-demand Analysis for partners and internal stakeholders using SQL (BigQuery), Github, Excel/Google sheets, DataGrip, and Google Data Studio.
Requirements:
What we're looking for

Background in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or any other related field.
Experience with a BI/Data Analytics tool (BQ preferred).
Strong proficiency in SQL and ability to handle data systems.
Exceptional attention to detail with a deep understanding of data and systems, especially ad tech data streams with a willingness to understand data at a very deep level.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
You might also have

Familiar with SQL (ETL/Database Administrator experience a plus).
A mature, self-motivated person with a positive attitude.
Experience in the mobile game industry.

Requirements:
3+ Years experience as a Product Manager in B2C; Gaming, Social/Mobile, Casino preferred.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Critical thinking and creative problem solving.

Ability to develop positive professional relationships with multiple members of the game team including Engineers, Analysts and Project Managers through strong interpersonal skills.

Experience in data analysis is a plus.

Agile/Scrum software development education or experience is a plus.

Strong SQL experience, along with a solid understanding and experience with big-data environments- Mandatory

Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI tools; Tableau- Advantage

Strong understanding of statistical significance, models, and tools; Hands-on experience with Python/R- Advantage

Passion for the gaming industry

Self-learner, multi-tasking, able to work independently, initiative, highly organized, "can-do" approach

Fluent English both written and verbal

BA in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic background
