required Applications Help Desk Team Leader
We are looking for application help desk team leader. In this position you will manage 6+ employees that responsible for all CP apps support such as SAP, Salesforce and many others as well as the welcome team who owns first day orientation for all CP employees across EMEA.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
Employees management, including weekly team meeting and 1:1s, developing and performance review.
Lead the team day to day operation, know the business and provide the best internal support to checkpoint including hand on support.
The team will handle all permissions (Enable new users permissions, Disable permissions during terminations, change authorizations based on requests). Maintain the matrix of permissions and positions. First level support for MIS. applications such as SAP, Salesforce and more.
Handle all type of first level issues related to the applications, and solve them with QA/development teams. Learn new features and modules while being released.
Manage IL, EMEA and APAC employees first day operation including preparation for the first day as well as new employee orientation training and follow up.
Lead innovation and automation efforts to reduce manual handling and prevent incidents and requests.
Work from the office 4 days a week.

Requirements: Previous experience in managing employees - A must.
High technical services orientation skills.
Highly communicative/Team player.
Self-Learning abilities.
Experience with support of information systems such as SAP and Salesforce - A must.
Fluent English verbal and written.
BSc in Information Systems Engineering/Computer Science - Advantage.
