Youll work closely with technical PMs, engineering, product designers, data and marketing teams to drive high-impact growth solutions. Your work will directly impact the way over 4,000 customers, ranging from SMBs to global enterprises, interact with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of cross-product growth initiatives and features by bridging the gap between users and the products value. Build tools that optimize the user journey and enhance engagement.
Define and track growth KPIs, analyze user behavior, gather user feedback, and execute rapid iterations to enhance adoption and maximize feature utilization.
Enhance visibility into the user journey, work closely with data analysts to create dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into growth and product performance.
Enhance user journey communication, collaborate with product marketing to develop, test, and optimize emails, in-app messages, and onboarding flows that drive engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Technical PMs, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to deliver end-to-end growth outcomes.
Requirements: 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Proven experience driving product usage and user activation, with hands-on involvement in Product-Led Growth (PLG) techniques (an advantage).
Customer focus: You understand user needs and advocate for value delivery at every stage of the journey. You simplify workflows for a better user experience.
Strong analytical skills - You use data to uncover opportunities, validate decisions, and measure success. Experience with tools like Looker, Power BI, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus.
Execution bias and growth mindset - Youre a structured, hands-on problem solver who moves fast, learns continuously, and gets things done without waiting for perfect conditions.
Strong communication and organizational skills - You handle various initiatives at once and ensure stakeholders are aligned through clear and proactive written and verbal communication updates.
Innovative and resourceful - You convert uncertainty into action, transform ideas into experiments, and find ways to move forward even in complex environments.
Networking or cybersecurity knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
