As part of a high-performing group of analysts, youll handle complex, custom requests from some of the biggest names in the market, turning raw data into strategic, ad hoc insights. What does the day to day of a Data Analyst Customer Facing (Data Labs) at Similarweb look like:

Building custom-made reports end to end - from meeting with the client and understanding their needs, to writing the code and setting up the report for ongoing delivery.
Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to turn data into insights.
Conduct research and develop tools which will help answer client's business. questions by using Similarwebs raw data sets and algorithms.
Partner with Engineering teams to establish an infrastructure to scale solutions.
Partner with Advisory Services team of Consultants to answer strategic business questions and deliver custom data products seamlessly

Lead the Growth Data Analytics team, a group turning complex data into decisions that move the business forward. The Team Lead will be responsible for creating strong priorities, setting a high bar for analytical quality, and supporting decision-ready outputs fast.

Lead a team of data and business analysts to deliver clear, actionable insights with measurable business outcomes

Define the acquisition and growth metrics framework and maintain a single source of truth in dashboards and models

Plan and prioritize the teams pipeline against business goals; solve pain points and keep momentum in a fast-paced environment

Partner with marketing, product, and data engineering to define, measure, and optimize core business models and user journeys

Establish pragmatic practices for quality and scale, including reviews, QA, documentation, and lightweight standards that speed up decisions

Recruit, onboard, and help analysts succeed while fostering a culture of sharp thinking, crisp communication, and ownership

What you'll be doing
Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis and deep-dive investigations across our full data ecosystem to uncover insights that drive ML and product strategy
Analyze ML model results, performance metrics, and conduct sophisticated model evaluations that inform algorithmic improvements
Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests while serving as a key contributor to our model evaluation and experimentation processes
Build analytical pipelines and automated systems that scale our ability to measure ML effectiveness and business impact
Create advanced dashboards and reporting systems that translate complex model performance into actionable business insights
