As an AI Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Wix's self-service experience. You'll lead the evolution of our Help Center, Help Widget, and AI Chatbot to create a seamless and consistent journey for users seeking help. This is a high-impact role, sitting at the intersection of AI, user experience, and customer success.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead the roadmap and strategy ensuring it aligns with the broader self-service vision
Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and support operations to define and deliver impactful features
Understand the underlying AI and technical architecture, making smart trade-offs and challenging technical decisions when needed
Translate complex AI capabilities, including generative AI, into clear user value and measurable business outcomes
Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on generative AI and its applications
Demonstrated expertise in integrating generative AI technologies into user-centric products
Strong product sense, connecting user needs, business goals, and technical realities into a clear strategy
Written and spoken Hebrew and English at a professional level
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Flexible mindset and adaptability to navigate complex challenges
