Were looking for a Full Stack Marketer to help shape how people discover, understand, and get excited about Base44. Youll take ideas from early concept to live campaign, combining strategy, creative direction, and execution- powered by AI and no-code tools- to show whats possible with our platform.
In this role, youll create product pages, launch campaigns, customer stories, and other assets that clearly communicate value. Youll use AI to produce copy, visuals, and video, and then refine and guide outputs to meet high creative standards. Youll bring all the pieces together- messaging, assets, and distribution- to create campaigns that drive adoption and engagement.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can see both the big picture and the fine details. Youll work closely with product and growth teams, test and iterate on messaging, and turn insights into content and experiences that convert interest into action.

Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role at a tech company or startup
Deep understanding of AI tools, using them regularly to brainstorm, create content, test ideas, and move faster
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment
Excellent communicator and strong collaborator with product, design, and sales teams
Strong writing and storytelling skills for all forms of content, from social posts to landing pages
Experience leading projects of all sizesfrom solo initiatives to cross-functional effortswith ease and self-direction
Sharp instincts for what makes messaging resonate, and how to test and improve it
Experience gathering and applying user feedback to shape messaging and page content
