As an AI Backend Engineer at SimilarWeb, you will be a key player in building our new AI platform, AI Studio. This platform aims to provide users with instant answers to complex market research questions, generate world-class reports, and create live, interactive, and powerful dashboards. Our goal is to reduce the complexity and time-to-insight for our users, helping them streamline their market tasks and achieve automation that drives real value.



Responsibilities:

Design and develop LLM-based intelligent agents that can handle complex market research queries.

Utilize LangGraph and other frameworks to create state of the art AI agents that integrate various tools and data sources.

Implement integrations that allow agents to take automated actions on behalf of users, streamlining workflows and reducing overhead.

Collaborate with product, data, and UX teams to ensure that AI solutions are aligned with user needs and business goals.

Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of AI models to ensure high-quality and data-driven results.

As the Senior Product Manager at Similarweb, you will lead the vision and execution of our product and design strategy for our App Intelligence product. You will work closely with a number of cross-functional teams, including; engineering, data, design, sales and marketing, operations and user research to develop exceptional App Intelligence solutions.
In this role, your impact on the company will be significant, as you will be part of the leadership of our App Intelligence team and responsible for ensuring the teams deliver exceptional digital products that align with our business objectives and user needs.


So, what will you be doing all day?


Lead, own and execute a high impact product and design strategy and roadmap for the App Intelligence offering
Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and the broader market through research and interviews
Plan, prioritize define and design features to realize the product and design vision with the autonomy to identify what opportunities we pursue, and what capabilities we unlock for our customers
Partner successfully with Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, Ops and Sales and Marketing to drive supreme product results
Rollout features to our users responsibly utilizing user testing, closed and open beta programs
Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback and iterate the features to achieve product goals

We are a highly skilled backend group building and maintaining the core services that drive our platform. We collaborate closely with other engineering, SRE, and product teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions. As a technical leader, you will help define the groups architectural vision, mentor engineers, and lead high-impact initiatives. In addition, you may take on product ownership for key backend domains - shaping product vision, defining priorities and roadmaps, and ensuring strong alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
