Key Responsibilities
As a Cloud Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining exciting security products for Check Points customers. Our production environment is a fast-paced, agile development cloud environment - handling tens of millions of transactions daily.

You will develop software serving large scale production real-time multi-tenant environment, handling large quantities of data, using microservices architecture and design patterns.

The domain you will tackle will involve cutting edge cybersecurity cloud solutions, like phishing, impersonation, anomaly detection, and more. All are implemented with the latest AWS tools and managed services such as Aurora RDS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, SQS, ElasticSearch, ElasticCache, and many more. You will design and develop high impact real-time components, and take ownership of the end-to-end solution.

Develop production-grade, large-scale cloud-based security products.
Design and develop data-driven applications in an agile development environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA, automation, data engineers, and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.

We are looking for a Release Manager to be responsible for managing the complete software delivery life cycle. Working on cyber security cutting edge technology software with the engineers teams from the planning phase to the deployment phase through the development and testing phases.

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth deployment and release of code to internal and customer environments.

You will lead major integrated projects within Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform.
To do so you will work closely with the development, DevOps and Products teams managing the complete software delivery life cycle and use and improve our CI/CD pipelines, focusing on reducing toil in the development and lead our deployment into production.

As part of that release process, you will be helping bring code from internal environments to customer sites smoothly, and without incident.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the Release Management lifecycle that involves stages such as scheduling the release, coordinating between teams, and deploying of release as per the schedule, desired quality and within budget.
You need to Improve and define the release management tools to improve tracking and status of the release.
Responsible for collaborating with system engineering/product architects and identifying dependencies, both logical and technical.
Collaborate with program and product management to define a release schedule for all components under management, and maintain a forward schedule of changes.
Responsible for ensuring that all Implementation plans are consistent with defined Release Services Processes and are repeatable.
Conduct Post-Deployment Analysis of all implementations and reporting of established metrics.
Team up with relevant development teams responsible for building and improving the CI/CD process and automation tools.
Participate in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) efforts for all Release Services Process and Procedures
Lead the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully.
Coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending upon the third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.
Make improvements in the methodologies used for configuration management and development of software that helps to find ways to use in configuration management.
